Laminated glass process made easy

It is capable to automatically perform all the main operations like scoring, breakout and PVB separation, including heating and cutting. Heavy duty cuts

Designed with precision in mind, the machine’s reinforced breakout bar, complete with linear guides, applies uniform pressure on the glass for consistent, reliable breakout.
This machine enables the processing of laminated glass from 33.1 to 1010.4, without the need for special equipment or highly skilled operators.

Slim Trim

Manual trim cut opening demands valuable time and a skilled operator. The machine automates the cutting, breakout, and PVB separation of trim cuts as narrow as 60mm, simplifying operations and ensuring constant production. Additionally, the smaller trim cut optimizes the cutting layout, increasing sheet yield and reducing waste.

Independent pressure, unmatched cutting precision

The upper and lower cutting heads are affected differently by gravity, and applying the same pressure can create imbalances in scoring operation that compromise cut quality. To address this, Intermac Cut Go L 0 includes two independent proportional valves for the cutting heads, typically seen only in high-end machines. This design ensures precise control over scoring force, delivering consistent, high-quality cut every time.

Effortless Low-E glass processing

A vertical brush with an independent motor is integrated into the machine for efficient Low-E coating removal. The unit features a dedicated dust collection system, ensuring a perfectly clean result, ready for the scoring operation.
