Dynamic Parking automatically determines the optimal parking position for the operating unit to reduce cycle times. Toologic is a software package designed to identify the most efficient tool positioning within the tool magazines based on the programs included in the job list, thereby speeding up the production process, increasing overall productivity, and simplifying the operator’s work. Autostart increases machine ergonomics by eliminating or reducing the need for button pressing, depending on the machine configuration, allowing the operator to keep their hands free for loading and unloading panels. Photocells for locking activation replace pedals with two lines of photocells (left and right) positioned in front of the machine base, enabling activation from any point around the machine. EasyZone, a double and additional vacuum system, allows more panels to be positioned on the machine, reducing the number of tool change operations and maximizing overall productivity.
