Monolithic frame for maximum stability
Built without bolted joints and with thick steel plates,
the monolithic frame ensures maximum precision
during calibration and zero vibrations during sanding.
Weighing over 2,000 kg even in the basic two-unit
configuration, it stands as one of the most robust
machines in its class.
Adaptive precision on shaped workpieces
The electronic segmented pad (32 mm pitch) adapts
to thickness variations with extreme precision,
ensuring excellent results even on shaped workpieces,
outperforming standard membrane pads.
It is also available in the low-pressure IPA version, an
ideal solution for the delicate processing of thin veneers
and coated surfaces.
Brembo disc brake system
The Brembo disc braking system guarantees
operational safety through immediate abrasive
belt stoppage, ensuring consistent and reliable
performance over time.
Multi-unit configuration flexibility
In the three-unit configuration, the machine can be
equipped with a cross-sanding unit, superfinishing
unit, or a planer head delivering maximum aesthetic
quality on gloss-lacquered panels or heavy material
removal on solid wood and blockboard.
Intuitive touch screen interface
Available with both manual push-button controls
and an intuitive touch screen, the machine allows
instant recall of all processing parameters for each
operation, significantly reducing setup times.
External units
The machines can be equipped with various external
accessories, such as: brushes for wood texturing,
made of steel or Tynex, to highlight the grain;
the Scotch-Brite unit for satin finishing of painted
panels; and finally, the machine can be equipped
with cleaning brushes, an antistatic bar, and rotary
or linear blowers, which ensure a complete cleaning
of the worked surfaces at the end of the cycle.
Compact cross unit
The compact cross unit is the ideal solution
for complex sanding operations on veneered panels,
even when glue and tape are present, and meets
the needs for cross-cutting and finishing
in a compact footprint. It is the best way to automate
the difficult high gloss sanding task.
Heavy duty Worktable
The Rover Fin Go S P is equipped with a thick,
wear-resistant steel worktable that ensures
precision and durability in every operation.
In the fix table version (optional), the worktable
is positioned 900 mm above the ground, ensuring
easy loading and unloading of panels.
