Just over 10 years ago, the business worked with Maginn Machinery to help provide them with a long lasting solution and partnership that suits the business. With the need for an edgebander and CNC, Maginns were able to offer a solution which provided levels of automation, reducing the manual handling of their manufacturing process. FJS opted for the egdebander with a panel return system along with a full nesting solution including suction cups which allowed the machine to move panels across without the need for a human interference.

After the installment of the machinery, the business found a 33% increase in production pushing through 5 sheets per hour on their nesting machine, providing them with guaranteed accuracy.

With the machinery to supporting their business demands, FJS & DWK have since purchased the Rover Edge Up, further expanding their workshop to increase throughput for the future.
