The glass conveyor features two of our reliable solutions:
-anti-friction and anti-wear pads, which run directly on machined steel guides
-the conveyor system itself without ball bearings.
The goal is a system that is less subject to wear and produces very little vibration.
Glass in, glass out
The glass transportation on inlet and outlet arms is by means of chains with rubber pads.
Chain links and rubber pads can be rapidly replaced, ensuring low maintenance cost and fast change.
Full load capacity
The most modern modelling systems (FEM, Finite Element Method) in the structure design, combined with the double-drive conveyor motorization, allows processing of large and thick glass sheets.
Smooth and vibration free
Separated spindles from the motor with belt transmission to reduce vibrations.

Grind&Stop and spindle selection
The Grind&Stop function puts conveyor, pneumatic system, spindles, and water pump on standby after a set time from the last processed sheet.
The spindle selection allows for turning off unnecessary spindles (by groups).
The glass washing add-on
HiWash is seamlessly integrated both mechanically and electronically into the machine’s outlet arm, eliminating the need for a separate electrical box.
Its operation is fully managed via the machine's control system.
