At the base of the Explora Multi Up M C family is a robust supporting structure made of electro-welded steel.

The rear “horseshoe”-shaped frame is connected at the front by four columns and an upper crossbeam, linking the two sides above the front opening and ensuring precision and repeatability during machining.

To support all clients in their specific jobs, Explora Multi Up M C can be equipped with four different working table, each with a specific design. Open grate, gridded aluminum or phenolic, or with T-slots, avialable with both mechanical and vacuum fixturing.

Tool management tailored to your needs
The CNC machining center can be equipped with one or two tool magazines, each with a capacity of eight tools. The main magazine is positioned under the gantry bridge to reduce tool change time and support pendulum machining functionality. An additional rotary tool magazine, with a capacity of up to 16 tools, can be installed on the right side of the machine to further increase tool availability and operational flexibility.

The Explora Multi Up M C by Biesse is equipped with advanced presetter and probe systems to enhance precision and efficiency in machining operations.
Continuous production with pendulum operation
Continuous production with pendulum operation
A removable partition can be installed in the working area to enable pendulum machining mode. Pendulum machining improves overall efficiency by allowing the operator to load or unload one station while the machine continues processing on the other. This parallel workflow reduces setup time, minimizes idle periods, and extends effective machine operating time.
