The UK office manufacturer abox partner with Biesse to streamline their manufacturing process with advanced machinery to reduce the labour intensity and lead times for their customers.

Founded in 2017 as a furniture manufacturer, Abox has since evolved into a specialist in bespoke wall storage and media solutions. Initially, the company relied on traditional machinery and manual labor, which led to high maintenance demands and slow production cycles. As a result, Abox struggled to offer competitive lead times to its customers.

Introducing a range of woodworking machinery for abox was an obvious solution to reduce the labour in their production line. Integrated into their facility was a range of machines including the Steam A edgebander, Twin head Skipper 130 drilling machine along with the Single head Skipper V31, Rover A Edge and Selco SK4.
