Reliable panel feeding for consistent finishing quality
The vacuum table increases adhesion between the workpiece and the conveyor belt, ensuring accurate and andcontrolled panel feeding throughout the process. This solution guarantees reliable feeding of small components and low-friction materials, maintaining a constant feed rate and ensuring uniform finishing quality across the entire panel surface.
External units
The machines can be equipped with various external accessories, such as: brushes for wood texturing, made of steel or Tynex, to highlight the grain;
the Scotch-Brite unit for satin finishing of painted panels; and finally, the machine can be equipped with cleaning brushes, an antistatic bar, and rotary or linear blowers, which ensure a complete cleaning of the worked surfaces at the end of the cycle.
