Flexible processing

Different kind of glass needs the proper cutting wheel to be processed. Equipped with a 6-positions tool changer, the machine allows the processing of various glass types with the appropriate cutting wheel, automatically recalling the proper cutting parameters for each material. This enables continuous cutting of straight and curved shapes across different glass thicknesses, eliminating the need for manual intervention and ensuring seamless operation.

Built with a sturdy frame to maximize rigidity, this machine delivers peak performance in speed and acceleration. Its double linear guide ensures consistent precision during heavy and extended workloads, while the high-performance cutting unit, found in top-tier models, achieves outstanding finishing quality. Total protection

Operator safety is our top priority when designing our machines. That's why we've enclosed it within metal fences to prevent operator access to moving parts. The automatic loading and unloading functions, secured by photocell guarded safety gates, enable autonomous processing without manual intervention while microswitch-controlled access doors provide easy, ergonomic access to the operating unit for maintenance tasks.

Consistent Cut

Automatic cutting wheel pressure control through a digital proportional valve, to increase the cutting precision and a consequent higher quality of the cut. A pre-loaded parameter recipe, linked to each cutting wheel, can be adjusted on the fly with the push of a button to better adapt the pressure to a different kind of glass for an easier opening.

High Productivity

The sturdy frame design, combined with rack and pinion transmission, dual motors, and double prismatic linear guides, enables unprecedented dynamics in maximum vector speed and acceleration. This innovation significantly improves processing speed and rapid movements, elevating production output while maintaining top-quality results.
