Cutting any type of materials
The motorized presser unit and electronic clamp pressure adjustment, controlled directly by the CN, enable full pressure control without limits, ensuring excellent handling of delicate materials.
Seamless strip processing
The continuous phenolic loading table allows narrow strips to be supported by the pusher, increasing the number of strips that can be processed at once.
Always perfectly aligned
The side aligner on the saw carriage automatically adjusts to each strip’s width, ensuring perfect squaring and clean edges even on thin panels.
Seamless blade control
The saw carriage features two independent slides for the main and scoring blades, each driven by its own motor. The blade unit motor is automatically controlled by an inverter, delivering up to 22 kW of power.
Quick blade change
The quick blade change system (patented) allows fast and effortless blade changes. At the touch of a button, the operator can change blades without extra tools or complex procedures.
Longer life with machine protection solutions
A durable cable chain protects the cables, while the blade carriage’s removable guards simplify maintenance. Pneumatic valves automatically manage the intake ports based on the cutting pattern, and the cutting line closure system prevents trim from falling, reducing wear and cleaning needs and increasing machine uptime.
