The 3250 belt length configuration maximizes machine uptime by reducing belt replacement frequency, limiting interruptions and sustaining production flow.

The Rover Fin Pro S can be integrated with bottom sanding machines and/or painting lines, enabling efficient and automated workflows while reducing manual intervention.

The machinecombines brush units and planetary systems, enabling the processing of 3D panels and complex geometries. Together with traditional units such as rollers, pads, superfinishers, cross units, and planers, it allows fully customized configurations for any finishing requirement.

The patented Low-Pressure Pad preserves surface integrity by minimizing abrasion and compression marks.All electric pads, controlled by IPC, feature the exclusive Save Corner function, which protects panel edges by reducing sanding pressure on corners, ensuring consistent quality even on delicate surfaces.

Roller units, available in different diameters and hardness levels, support calibration, pre-sanding, and finishing operations. Large-diameter rollers (up to 400 mm) with soft rubber coating, combined with pad and superfinishing units featuring patented low-pressure technology, achieve excellent results on raw, veneered, and painted panels. The HP technology enables the processing of panels with thickness variations up to 1.4 mm without repositioning, shortening setup times while preserving finish uniformity throughout production.

Rover Fin Pro S integrates vertical and longitudinal brushing systems to address a wide variety of finishing applications.The Xspin Plus unit handles complex grain directions, edge rounding on painted panels, and non-flat surfaces, removing the need for manual operations and improving process consistency. Longitudinal brushing units, also combinable with XspinPlus, can be equipped with interchangeable abrasive brushes for processing non-flat elements, as well as steel or Tynexbrushes for structuring solid wood components.
