MASTER MULTI PRO S MS is a high-performance 5-axis CNC solution for complex 3D stone processing. Multiple sizes, extensive configurability, fast setup times, and a wide tool selection ensure superior finishing quality, precision, and productivity. Ergonomic design and high-visibility enclosures provide full control, reliability, and maximum operator safety.

5-axis Technology

The 5-axis head with an endless rotary C-axis and a tilting A-axis from –90° to +90° delivers maximum flexibility, allowing the machine to push beyond conventional limits and perform even the most complex machining operations with the best quality.

Sizes and Work Areas

No limits in working dimensions: three sizes (33, 38, 45) with work areas up to 4500 × 2500 mm to handle any stone workpiece.

Toolchangers

Multiple tool changer configurations speed up every production cycle. Each size is tailored to specific needs, from 23 tool positions on size 33 up to 61 on size 45. An optional 8-position head magazine on all sizes, plus a dedicated 12-position rack for the magnetic aggregate, further reduce tool change times.

Equipped with rack and double pinion technology, linear guides with ball bearings and brushless motors for durable, smooth and precise high-speed movements. High workpiece passage, large disc capability, constraint-free polishing and maximum flexibility from slabs to blocks.

High Configurability

Achieve maximum configurability and optimize every process with a wide range of optional features. The magnetic aggregate enables multiple special operations, the tool presetter ensures fast and precise tool setup, the automatic probe guarantees accurate positioning, the laser projector speeds alignment, and multiple tool magazine options enhance flexibility and productivity.
