Master Cut Up S W is a versatile automatic bridge saw for precise cutting of marble and granite slabs, ideal for flexible production including street furniture, curbs and cladding. With a robust cast iron structure, tilting head and intuitive touchscreen, it supports blades up to 1050 mm (1200 mm optional) and a maximum cutting depth of 400 mm, ensuring reliable and consistent performance in both manual and automatic operations.
Easy Programming and Operation
The intuitive control system with integrated 12” multitouch display simplifies programming and machine management. Operators can start machining quickly, reducing training time and improving efficiency in daily production.
Work Table
The work table supports efficient slab machining and allows manual rotation, with an optional automatic programmable version for repetitive operations. A hydraulic tilting table option (2000 × 3500 mm) further improves ergonomics and material handling.
Tilting Cast Iron Head
The cast iron head can be tilted from 0° to 90°, manually or automatically. The integrated optical collimator supports precise blade positioning, ensuring accuracy when performing inclined and complex cuts.
