Stream Drill Pro R V is a versatile vertical drilling machine engineered for complete 6-sided panel processing. It delivers high precision, advanced automation, and the capability to handle even the most complex machining tasks. Designed to efficiently manage both batch-one manufacturing and large production series, it ensures an optimized and continuous workflow. Patented motion system

The patented double-chain X-axis system, powered by four independent brushless motors, delivers exceptional precision in panel handling and maximum versatility when machining all four panel edges. The seamless execution of different programs in sequence, with no downtime, enables true batch-one production, ensuring continuous workflow, higher productivity.

Patented revolver tool-changer

The patented 10-position revolver tool-changer, directly integrated with a powerful electrospindle, enables immediate tool and aggregate changes. This advanced configuration ensures exceptionally fast tool change times, delivering unrivalled productivity and efficiency.

High-performance drilling units for high quality

A wide range of powerful drilling units is available, featuring a new spindle design engineered for increased rigidity and strength. This advanced configuration enables higher drilling speeds while ensuring perfect processing quality across all types of materials.

Flexible panel referencing

Zero referencing towards the operating units ensures maximum precision in panel processing. The automatic positioning of horizontal and vertical vices, equipped with rubbered and grinded rollers, enables immediate panel referencing and clamping. This guarantees maximum flexibility in size changes for batch-one production, while fully preserving delicate surfaces.

The integrated dowel insertion configuration completes the machine by combining glue and dowel application with drilling and milling operations in a single workflow. Stream Drill Pro R V CS enables the full production of cabinet components in one step within a compact footprint and with minimal operator intervention.

Dowel insertion system

The double system, equipped with a horizontal drilling unit and integrated glue and dowel insertion units, enhances the machine configuration by completing the processing cycle with high-productivity dowel application. The automatic processing of all the 6 panel sides combined with this feature allows all cabinet components to be fully machined within a single machine.
