This robust industrial control architecture ensures seamless operation and long-term stability, designed to meet the demanding requirements of advanced manufacturing environments, including aerospace and high-tech industries. The system is open to all CAD/CAM with postprocessor for Siemens SINUMERIK ONE.

The machine features a versatile tool changer configuration mounted on the X-axis carriage, ensuring tools are always available at any point of the machine for fast and efficient tool changes. The system can include a 33-position chain tool changer with 120 mm pitch for tools and aggregates, a 20-position revolver tool changer, and a dedicated single-position holder for a blade. The all-aluminium, highly adaptable worktable enables a wide range of machining possibilities, allowing quick transitions between workpieces, setups, and tasks. The machine processes composite boards, polymeric materials, and light alloys with high precision and reliability, supporting both intricate components for advanced applications and high-performance parts for the automotive and aerospace industries, from prototyping to series production.

The Explora Multi Pro M S features a high-performance 5-axis system with an HSD spindle delivering up to 22 kW, engineered to ensure exceptional precision and reliability in the production of complex components. Its robust design and advanced kinematics provide consistent accuracy and performance, even under demanding industrial workloads. Available electrospindles: 15 kW, HSK-F63, 24.000 rpm. 22 kW, HSK-A63, 24.000 rpm.

An optional protection cabin with sliding front doors encloses the machining area, creating a safer and more controlled operating environment. The structure surrounds the work center with protective panels while maintaining easy access to the machine when needed. Large transparent surfaces and wide openings provide clear and immediate visibility of the operator units and the workpieces during processing, allowing the operator to monitor operations continuously without affecting workflow efficiency.
