The fully electric, versatile edge polisher designed for flat and shaped edges. With its two-axis capability, it can handle infinite profiles, processing a wide variety of shapes without the need for jig changes. Featuring intelligent water management, this innovative solution proves that the edge is just the beginning.
Two axis, infinite profiles
The combination of two electric motors allow to generate any profile by using the touchscreen control.
Cam Follower (manual or automatic)
Ensures consistent and uniform bevel width over time. The cam follower, made of wear-resistant widia, acts as a thickness probe by sliding along the material edge, automatically adapting the chamfer width. Available with manual or automatic adjustment for maximum flexibility.
Fully Automatic System
Ensures easy setup and fast production through complete automation. Entry lasers detect material thickness and width, while motorized calibrators, cutting units and beveling tools automatically position themselves via software. All exit options are also motorized, enabling seamless and fully programmable operation.
Independent Pressure Roller System
Allows processing of pieces with different thicknesses, including non-square and boxed elements. The redesigned duplex independent rollers ensure uniform pressure and stable holding, enabling continuous machining of mixed materials, including thin ceramics, without interruptions.
Diamond pre-cutting/bevelling (manual or automatic)
Upper and Lower pre-cutting / bevelling unit to execute preliminary cuts for round and half round edges. Available with manual or automatic adjustment for maximum flexibility.
Multiple Sizes and Configurations
Available in different versions, the machine adapts to a wide range of production needs, from standard processing to more demanding applications. Various configurations in terms of working units and accessories ensure the right balance between performance, flexibility and investment.
Intelligent Water Management and Automatic Greasing
Optimizes resource consumption by regulating water flow and automatically shutting it off when the machine is idle, reducing waste. The fully automatic greasing system ensures consistent lubrication, minimizing maintenance and supporting long-term reliability.
User-Friendly Programming
The 15” touchscreen interface allows fast and intuitive machine programming without the need for manual controls. Operators can manage edge processing, configure options and save recipes for recurring jobs, ensuring consistent setups and reduced setup times across different materials and thicknesses.
