The Assocompositi 2024 Summer School, held at the University Centre of La Spezia, proved to be a highly informative event on the latest research and innovations in the nautical sector.
During the three days, topics related to the application of composite materials in the nautical sector were discussed and we had the pleasure of participating as speakers, together with our customer Tecnologie Avanzate, to demonstrate a real-life case of how this company has been able to transfer its experience in the aerospace sector to the nautical world, thanks in part to our technologies.
During the event we attended technical presentations, practical workshops and talks on the latest trends in the industry, focusing on various aspects from composite material properties to process technologies, providing valuable insights for those working in the nautical field.
One of the highlights was a visit to Sanlorenzo Yacht, where we had the opportunity to see at first-hand the innovations in the design and construction of luxury yachts, offering a close-up look at industry practices.
The Summer School proved to be an important networking and updating opportunity and we were delighted to be part of this initiative, which marked a step forward in the growth of the nautical sector.
