Tool and shape

Equipped with a 6-position magazine and tool changer, the machine allows the processing of various glass types with the appropriate cutting wheel, automatically recalling the proper cutting parameters for each material.

Clean and fast coat removal

The machine is equipped with a tangential wheel for Low-E coating removal, mounted on a rotating axis to handle both straight and shaped paths.

A high-efficiency dust collection system and optimized hood positioning enable fast, thorough coating removal, even on EasyPro or TPF glass, where finer dust and higher material volumes can be challenging to manage.

This setup delivers a perfectly clean result without manual intervention, leaving the glass ready for scoring.
