It consists of ground precision guides on which rubber-coated cast iron conveyors run without ball bearings, a distinctive feature that has always defined this brand. This solution ensures low maintenance costs and consistently excellent performance.

The glass transportation on inlet and outlet arms is by means of Delrin made chains combined with rubber anti-friction pads. All parts can be easily replaced one by one, ensuring low maintenance cost and fast change.

The processing spindles are isolated from the electric motor, with power transmission handled by belt and pulley to minimize any potential vibration. Lubrication is ensured by long-life grease, optimizing performance and durability.

The lubrication pump allows for greasing the conveyors with timed automatic cycles. The durability of our bevelers is well recognized thank to the simplified maintenance process.
