The machine features a high-performance HSD electrospindle for precise machining of hard materials such as granite, quartzite and Dekton. Optimized cooling systems ensure stability under load, while the C-axis with infinite rotation and electronic T-axis (±2.5°) enable versatile, accurate machining without repositioning the workpiece.

Sizes and Work Areas

Three machine sizes (33, 38, 45) offer work areas up to 4500 × 2500 mm, ensuring maximum flexibility to handle a wide range of stone workpieces, from standard slabs to large-format elements, without limitations in processing dimensions.

Toolchangers

Multiple tool changer configurations optimize production cycles, with capacities ranging from 23 positions on size 33 up to 61 on size 45. A dedicated 12-position rack for magnetic aggregates further reduces tool change times, improving overall efficiency.

Top-Class Structure

Compact and robust CNC stone processing center designed for high performance. Rack and double pinion drives, linear guides and brushless motors ensure fast, smooth and precise movements, while the intensified water system boosts cutting speed and efficiency, making it ideal for demanding applications such as kitchen countertops.

Boost productivity with an intuitive Human Machine Interface that ensures clear interaction, safe control and faster workflows. Fully integrated, IC Stone Multi MS enables complete programming in just five steps, guiding the operator from drawing simplification to automatic tooling for efficient and streamlined operations.

High Configurability

Maximize configurability and process efficiency with a wide range of options. Magnetic aggregates enable special operations, while tool presetter, probe and laser improve setup and positioning. Flexible tool magazines and telescopic vacuum cup management ensure continuous machining and higher productivity.
