This versatile solution allows seamless switching between different glue types without extra setup, ensuring fast color changes and real-time cleaning of the unused pre-melter.

Smart edges management

ESM with a 2 or 6-position edge container keeps the machine ready to use for a large variety of edges. It monitors residual edge length in the roll holder and factory storage warehouse, generating Pop-Up alerts and providing advanced statistics to improve production.

Invisible edge banding

The Air Force System delivers a superior finished product with invisible joints and maximum resistance to heat and humidity, enhancing both aesthetics and durability.

Full NC control with multi-profile tools always available

Working units on the machine are numerically controlled (standard or optional) with dedicated axes. The step forward to absolute encoders ensures higher precision and faster re-setting throughout your shift, guaranteeing consistently high-quality results.

Flawless finish without interruptions

No signs of junction on the corners. Innovative corner rounding unit to work on front and back endpanel’s profile. AR 70 can manage up to 5 profiles at the same time, without need for tool re-setting.
