The double gripper system ensures precise and stable panel holding throughout the entire machining process, driven by two independent brushless motors. The rigidity of the dual clamping system guarantees maximum accuracy even during complex and heavy operations, while independent gripper management allows the piece to be repositioned multiple times on long panels, eliminating any risk of losing the original reference or causing collisions.
Thanks to a high-performance acceleration system, panels reach speeds up to 110 m/min, over four times faster than standard, with rapid acceleration ramps that significantly reduce cycle times and enable quicker panel movement and gripper repositioning.

Handling and processing panels with delicate surfaces demands a dedicated solution that eliminates the risk of damage without relying on protective film. This kit combines flocking-covered support rollers in the loading and unloading areas, and a counter-pressure system with rubberized rollers mounted on ball bearings in the processing zone, ensuring precise clamping and a flawless finish on even the most sensitive materials.
