The optical reading system offers multiple functions to assist operators in utilizing the machine effectively: With the squaring function, the machine automatically conducts a reading cycle and adjusts the programmed toolpath to the actual glass position, eliminating the need for operators to align the glass against mechanical stops, thus reducing manual tasks. The template reading function enables operators to place a physical template on the machine and digitize its shape using three different methods, including holes detection. Additionally, the optical reading system enables the processing of laminated glass by accurately read the position from the same side after the glass has been processed and flipped over, ensuring maximum precision.

Automatic cutting wheel pressure control through a digital proportional valve, to increase the cutting precision and a consequent higher quality of the cut. A pre-loaded parameter recipe for each glass type/thickness links to a specific cutting wheel where the pressure can be adjusted on the fly with the push of a button to better adapt it for an easier opening.

Equipped with a 6-position magazine and tool changer, the machine allows the processing of various glass types with the appropriate cutting wheel, automatically recalling the proper cutting parameters for each material. This enables continuous cutting of straight and curved shapes across different glass thicknesses, eliminating the need for manual intervention and ensuring seamless operation.
