The glass conveyor features two of our reliable solutions: -anti-friction and wear pads, which run directly on machined steel guides -the conveyor system itself without ball bearings. The goal is a system that is less subject to wear and produces very little vibration.

Unique in the market, our innovative glass conveying system is driven by two motors for greater mechanical efficiency which, combined with the solid structure of the machine, enables the handling of large and thick glass sheets up to 350Kg per linear meter of belt. This results in a significant increase in machine performance.

Jumbo mode

The operator can:
-pause the inlet arm via the foot pedal while the machine is running
-safely load a new sheet of glass, even a large one, which would not have been possible by loading in motion
-then restart the conveyor effortlessly with a simple action on the foot pedal.

Digitally adjusted

The glass removal height can be precisely adjusted directly from the Human Machine Interface. This allows a flawless accuracy without the need for any manual adjustments.

Wide screen control panel

10,4"" touch screen control panel improves data display. It stands for user-friendliness, flexibility and functionality: bright colors, very intuitive icons, easily understandable drawings.

Glass in, glass out

The glass transportation on inlet and outlet arms is by means of chains with rubber pads. Chain links and rubber pads can be rapidly replaced, ensuring low maintenance cost and fast change.
