Human Machine Interface

Control at your fingertips: smart, intuitive and ready to go. The 21″ ergonomic multitouch HMI is integrated into the machine controls, supported by GMM software designed to be simple, innovative and intuitive, enabling quick and efficient start-up of any stone-processing job.

Automatic loading

The machine is available with two different automated slab loading systems, designed to ensure precise handling, safe operation and high productivity while reducing manual intervention and optimizing workflow efficiency.

Automatic unloading

The patented sliding and tilting vacuum system ensures precise and safe unloading of finished pieces. It carefully positions them polished face to polished face, either vertically or horizontally onto the pallet, maintaining surface integrity and eliminating potential damage.

Powerful multi-spindle cutting centre

The core of extended machine is equipped with 3 or 5 15 kW disc spindles independent of each other and synchronized via dedicated software for the simultaneous cutting of pieces with dimensions from 140 mm to 2000 mm and material thickness up to 150 mm.

Camera

During loading phase, the camera identifies slab imperfections to optimize the cutting process, reducing material waste and improving production quality.

Slab Thickness Reader

Automatic precision for perfect cuts. The Slab Thickness Reader measures slab thickness and automatically compensates for variations. This ensures consistent cutting accuracy, optimized material use, and precise results.

Tool Diameter Reader

Real-time control for flawless machining. The Tool Diameter Reader precisely measures cutting tools and integrates with the machine software. It monitors wear and enables automatic adjustments, ensuring reliable, consistent, and highly accurate processing every time.

Highly Configurable and Adaptable

This extended machine is highly configurable and modular to meet customer needs. It offers two automatic loading systems, two cutting center options with 3 or 5 blades, and an optional automatic unloading system, ensuring flexibility, efficiency, and scalable performance.
